Meet Shae


I’m Shae — Founder of The Mobile Wellness Lounge, Wellness Coordinator, and a graduate student pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with the intention of becoming a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

The Mobile Wellness Lounge began from a personal need for accessible, nervous-system–supportive care that felt realistic, grounded, and supportive in real life. What started as in-home support evolved into a mobile wellness lounge — designed to meet people where they are, both physically and emotionally.

Today, my work bridges alternative wellness modalities with a trauma-informed, mental-health–centered approach. I integrate practices like red light therapy, dry salt halotherapy, compression, gentle movement, and grounding techniques to support stress regulation, emotional resilience, and overall nervous system health.

As I continue my clinical training, The Mobile Wellness Lounge reflects my belief that mental wellness doesn’t exist in isolation — it’s shaped by environment, stress, access to care, and the spaces we move through every day.

My goal is simple:
