Meet the Founder
Shae Rodriguez, C-HNP, C-HWC, CYI
Shae, a native of Minot, North Dakota, draws much of her inspiration from the warmth and kindness of the Midwest. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology in 2021 and has since become a Certified Holistic Nutrition Practitioner, Certified Health Coach, and Certified Yoga Instructor. Over the past three years, she has immersed herself in alternative health education on California’s Central Coast, where she discovered her passion for the body’s innate ability to heal from within.
With a strong focus on non-toxic nutrition, Shae emphasizes its critical role in both physical and mental health. While she specializes in plant-based nutrition, her principles on reducing toxicity apply to all dietary approaches. After the birth of her child, she reconnected with herself through yoga, learning to listen to her body and mind in a new way. Now, she guides her clients in developing their own intuition through movement and mindful practices.
Shae founded NIGHTSHAE as a way to bridge education and holistic healing, initially to better understand her own anxiety disorder and discover natural coping strategies. Her mission continues—to empower individuals, especially parents, with the knowledge and confidence to make informed, health-conscious choices for themselves and their families.
