About Nightshae

Nightshae began with one idea — that wellness shouldn’t be confined to a space.

It should move, evolve, and meet people where they are.

Founded by Shae Rodriguez, Wellness Coordinator, Nightshae brings restorative experiences like red light therapy, dry salt halotherapy, compression, and holistic support directly into homes, workplaces, and community spaces across Minot, ND.

Every service is built around rhythm, accessibility, and balance — designed for real bodies and real lives.

The Approach

Rooted in science — grounded in functional wellness principles.

Built for real life — compact setups, flexible delivery, and calm integration.

Designed for impact — small moments that shift entire systems: stress, breath, energy, focus.

Meet Shae

I’m Shae — Wellness Coordinator, I/O Psychology student, and the creator of NIGHTSHAE Mobile Wellness Lounge.

I built NIGHTSHAE because real-life wellness felt complicated, time-consuming, and inaccessible. I wanted something grounded, simple, and restorative — something that didn’t require an entire studio or a perfect schedule. Just wellness that meets people exactly where they already are.

Over the years, I’ve worked with alternative therapies like red light, dry salt halotherapy, compression, and low-tox nutrition to support stress, recovery, and nervous system regulation. At the same time, my path led me into Industrial/Organizational Psychology — where I study stress, culture, and how people function within the environments they work and live.

NIGHTSHAE is where these worlds come together: a mobile wellness lounge that transforms everyday spaces into calm, restorative environments for teams, studios, workplaces, and community events.

My goal is simple — create accessible wellness experiences that support how people feel, function, and show up in their daily lives.

Wellness should move with you.

It should be simple, accessible, and rooted in how your body actually lives day-to-day.

That’s NIGHTSHAE.
