The Wellness Collective
At Nightshae, we believe wellness should feel real, accessible, and unapologetically supportive of your life. The Collective brings together everything you need to cut through daily toxins and stress: functional nutrition, alternative therapies, movement, and practical low-tox strategies that actually work.
From restorative yoga and red light sessions to everyday low-tox swaps, The Wellness Collective is where real-life wellness meets sustainable change. We meet you where you are — and give you the tools to move forward with clarity, strength, and balance.

Holistic Nutrition Practitioner and Founder of Nightshae
I’m Shae—Minot native, mom, and founder of Nightshae. I believe that wellness isn’t about extremes; it’s about clearing the noise and finding what truly works for you. With a BA in Clinical Psychology and education in Holistic Nutrition, Health Coaching, and Yoga Instruction, I’ve spent years weaving together nutrition, low-tox education, movement, and alternative therapies into approachable strategies that fit real life.
Through Nightshae, I help clients build structure and rhythm—whether that’s with stress relief practices, salt and red light therapy, or the everyday nourishment found in our Low-Tox Kitchen. My focus is always on realistic support for nervous system balance, gut-brain health, and sustainable routines that bring clarity, ease, and energy back into daily living.
This isn’t about extremes. It’s about clearing the noise, supporting your biology, and learning how to listen to your body again—one step at a time.

Registered Yoga Teacher - 200 hour
Hello! My name is Jessica DuPuis. I first discovered yoga in 2018 while broadening my fitness spectrum. In 2019 while wanting to challenge myself and learn more about my own body I completed my 200 RYS. Upon completion Covid had shut down the local studio forcing me to transition my fitness journey into the home. With that I began exploring other types of workouts motivating me to complete my H.I.I.T with Yoga certification.
My teacher style has always resonated with power yoga and has since evolved into a mix of both vinyasa flows and power flows. I enjoy incorporating pilates and barre moves throughout my sequences while always creating an opportunity to build heat within the body through strength building moves.
My intention for each class is providing my students with an opportunity to feel at ease and connected with their body while challenging themselves.
I love the opportunity to get to know my students, their needs, and to teach them to learn about their own body. Knowing each time we step onto our mats it’s a different story. I want my students to never force themselves to be where they think they should be, but work with what’s already there!
I love being outside, gardening, reading, hula hooping, walking my big dogs, cooking and traveling. I am so excited for the opportunity to help you move your body and hopefully get to know more people within the community!
We practice to grow stronger, more balanced, more vital - so we can show up for others from a place of true integrity!
